The 2 apartments are next to each others and are located in a popular tourist district just few steps from the famous Lido beach and only 1.5 km from the renowned
maria Pia beach.
A few meters away is a stocked
supermarket "nonna Isa"; bar; good restaurants, hospital and farmacy.
Every Wednesday you will find the famous "mercato" just a few meters, where it is possibile to buy fresch local fruits and vegetals, sardinian local food and clothes.Neighboring beaches 250 meters away, Lido San Giovanni beach 1 minute from the apartment.

Each appartment offers:
Two rooms:
- Room 1: double bed, bedside tables, wardrobe and air conditioning
- Room 2: two single beds, bedside table and wardrobe.
- One Bathroom with shower (including the hair dryer))
- Lounge with a sofa bed,dining table with 4 chairs and tv lcd.
- Equipped kitchen: fridge, electric oven, dishwasher, gas hob, microwave. Among the amenities there is also crockery and cutlery, a kettle and moka coffee maker.
- Garden view balcony with table and chairs.

Apartments are located on the second floor in a building without a lift.
