The first star for the location, we are in fact immersed in the pine forest of Le Bombarde bay, inside the Porto Conte and Capo Caccia Park and a few steps from the private beach and the crystal clear sea which have always been considered the flagship of the Coral Riviera.
The second star for the attention paid to environmental issues. Love for nature accompanies us in all our activities, we work in full compliance with environmental legislation by implementing all measures aimed at reducing pollution, we constantly monitor the energy consumption of the entire structure and we are committed to keeping control and reducing the impact that our activity generates on the environment. We have obtained the Environmental Mark of the Network and Protected Areas and we are committed every year to honoring a decalogue of indications so that our guests always find a pristine area where they spend their stay.
The third star for the quality of the services, for the professionalism and discretion with which all the staff take care of our guests. For twenty years now we have been certified according to the international standard UNI EN ISO 9001 for the quality of hotel hospitality and restaurant services and we were the first hotel in Sardinia and among the first in Italy to receive the international ISO 13009 certification which certifies all the standards of quality, safety and attention to the guest of the bathing services on the beach and in the swimming pool.
The fourth star for the catering and for the typical dishes of Sardinian and Alghero cuisine. In our Panorama Restaurant you can enjoy traditional Italian dishes and local dishes in a unique setting with a view of the seventeenth-century Spanish tower of the Lazzaretto and the Le Bombarde bay. In summer, once a week, we organize a typical Sardinian dinner with the exposed cooking of suckling pig according to tradition and this is the homage that our chefs pay to Sardinia.
